JONGHWAN Lee

JONGHWAN Lee is a Korean Patent Attorney and U.S. Attorney at Law with extensive experience in managing patent litigation and intellectual property portfolios, particularly in the fields of steel, new materials, and energy. They have held positions at POSCO, where they were involved in patent prosecution and IP transactions, and previously served as a Korean Patent Attorney at Selim Int'l Patent Law Firm. JONGHWAN also contributed as a Licensing Intern at the George Washington University Technology Commercialization Office while earning a Doctor of Law (JD) from The George Washington University Law School. Prior to their legal career, they served as a Sergeant in the KATUSA with the U.S. Army.
