John Mac

John Mac is currently a Senior Manager at Poseida Therapeutics, Inc., where they lead efforts in process development studies and coordinate cross-functional initiatives. Previously, they served as a Scientist II at Poseida Therapeutics and contributed to TCRCure Biopharma Corp. as a Scientist, focusing on cancer immunotherapy and T cell receptor characterization. As a PhD candidate at the University of Southern California, John determined the efficacy of CAR-T cell therapies and employed mRNA display techniques. They also completed a graduate internship in Hybrid Modality Engineering at Amgen, where they optimized antibody fragment production. John is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at the University of California, Los Angeles.
