When a Major Emergency occurs offshore, the difference between a managed crisis and a catastrophe comes down to one thing: whether the people in command have trained for it — really trained for it, not just ticked a box.

Poseidon Training delivers Major Emergency Management and Incident Command training for offshore installation managers, control room operators, and emergency response teams in the oil and gas and energy industries.

We specialise in:
→ MEMIR (Major Emergency Management Initial Response)
→ OIMCE (OIM Controlling Emergencies)
→ Incident Command Systems (ICS)
→ Control Room Operator Emergency Response (CROER)
→ Crisis and Incident Management
→ Major Emergency Management for onshore and offshore operations
→ Bespoke emergency response programme design

Our training is built around realism, not compliance theatre. Every course is designed to develop genuine decision-making capability under pressure — because in a real emergency, the only thing that matters is whether your people can perform.

Founded by practitioners with 40+ years of experience in offshore oil and gas training operations across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region.

OIMs, HSE managers, and training coordinators: if you're looking for MEM training that genuinely prepares your team — not just certifies them — send us a message or visit www.poseidontraining.com
