Ryan Warfield

Ryan Warfield has over 20 years of work experience in the telecommunications and engineering fields. Ryan began their career in 2000 as a Power Design Engineer at Level 3 Communications. After a year, they moved to DLB Associates as a Plant/Infrastructure Engineer. In 2002, they joined PECO II as a Design Engineer/Software Support. Ryan then worked as a Telecom Engineer/Developer at ESM from 2006 to 2010. During that time, they also held roles as a Telecom Engineer at West Business Services and Telecom Engineering Consultant at PEMCO. In 2011, they became a Telecom Engineer at Nelnet Diversified Solutions. Ryan then moved to Avtex Solutions, LLC in 2014, where they served as a Solutions Architect. Ryan is currently employed at Adapt Telephony Services, LLC as a Sales Engineer and will be transitioning to Posh Technologies in 2022 as a Senior Sales Engineer.

Ryan Warfield obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from Denver Technical College between 1996 and 1998. Ryan then obtained the VC-DSE certification from Vidyo in April 2017. In June 2020, they obtained the Genesys Cloud Certified Associate certification from Genesys, and in December 2020, they obtained the Genesys Cloud Certified Professional certification from Genesys.
