Rob Dong

Rob Dong is currently the Community Growth Lead for Affiliates at Posh, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this, Rob served as Brand Manager at Good Mvmt from January 2024 to September 2024, focusing on a lifestyle apparel brand that donates a portion of proceeds to charity. Rob's extensive experience at Duffl includes roles as Senior Marketing Manager and Co-Founder, where achievements included scaling the business to $33M in revenue and running impactful marketing campaigns. Additional experience includes event planning at UCLA Anderson School of Management and creative direction at UCLA Bruin Life. Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from UCLA and participated in the Y Combinator program as a founder of a backed company.
