Charlene Phan

Charlene Phan has extensive experience in growth and marketing, currently serving as Sr. Director of Growth at Poshmark since February 2017, with a progressive career trajectory that includes roles such as Director, Associate Director, and Sr. Marketing Manager, all focusing on growth strategies. Prior to Poshmark, Charlene held multiple positions at Tobi from February 2012 to February 2017, including Sr. Project Manager for Brand Marketing and Sr. Manager for Customer Care & Influencer Marketing, where responsibilities involved training and developing teams and managing customer communications. Charlene also served as a Human Resource Associate, contributing to hiring, policy development, and onboarding processes. Charlene holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Marketing major from San Francisco State University.
