Yolanda Chen

Yolanda Chen is an accomplished professional currently serving as a Textile Sourcing Intern at Medline Industries, LP, where data-driven optimization has enhanced packaging efficiency and cost savings. As Vice President of Talent Management at AIESEC, strategic recruitment efforts led to a 20-member expansion of the Northwestern chapter. Yolanda also heads the Fashion and Clothing Committee for the UNITY Charity Fashion Show, managing a sold-out event that raised significant funds for charity. A seasoned marketer, Yolanda promotes sustainable fashion as a Posh Affiliate, while previous internships include a focus on sustainability with Compass Group and Beyond Green: Sustainable Food Partners. Yolanda's leadership experience extends to serving as President of the Northwestern Taiwanese American Students Association and interning at various organizations, including EVOLUTIONARY APPAREL INC and Hugfun International.
