Peter Shaper

Peter Shaper currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of PosiGen, a position held since October 2023. As a Founding Partner of Genesis Park since 1999, Peter Shaper has contributed to the growth of small to medium-sized businesses in the Southern United States through a private equity firm focused on providing growth capital and expertise. Peter Shaper has held several chairman roles, including at Twenty20 Solutions, Hcareers, and B&J Wholesale, and formerly at Greenwell Energy Solutions. Peter Shaper's extensive board experience includes positions at Hines Global REIT, Speedcast, HMS Income Fund, and Texas Monthly. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
