Travis Harris

Travis Harris is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of Employee Relations at PosiGen since July 2022. In this role, Travis manages complex employee relations issues and provides guidance on employment laws and best practices to enhance workplace inclusivity. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner, where collaboration with company leaders on HR strategies and compliance was key. Prior to PosiGen, Travis held roles at Target as an Executive Team Lead in Human Resources, managing various HR functions and providing leadership to the HR team. Additional experience includes an Emergency Communication Specialist position and earlier HR roles, including an Assistant role at Foreign Parts Specialties. Travis holds a degree in Human Resources Education with a concentration in Leadership Development from Louisiana State University.
