Laura Gilbert, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and human resources. Laura served as General Manager at Panera Bread - PR Restaurants from April 2005 to September 2008, where responsibilities included staff hiring and training, budget management, and community engagement.
