Andy Kipp

Andy Kipp is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Posit PBC since May 2013, Kipp previously held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at the same organization. Kipp also completed a Thru-Hike of the Pacific Crest Trail in 2016. Prior to these roles, Kipp worked as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Cloudant and held multiple positions, including Manager of Platform Infrastructure and Senior Systems Engineer, at Brightcove from 2008 to 2012. Kipp started a career at Velcro USA Inc. as a Systems Administrator from 2006 to 2008. Kipp holds a degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
