Jacob Woliver

Jacob Woliver is a Senior Software Engineer at Posit PBC, where development of features for the Package Manager product is led. Previous experience includes a Software Engineer role at Posit PBC, along with an Associate Software Developer position at SAS, focusing on re-writing Java Microservices in Golang for a Cloud Native environment. Jacob has also held software development internships at SAS, Pentaho, and Harris Corporation, where core features and Command Line Interfaces were developed across various technologies. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, along with a minor in Statistics from the University of Florida.
