Matt Oley

Matt Oley currently serves as the VP of Revenue Operations & Enablement at Posit PBC since 2023 and has been a member of Pavilion since 2021. Oley previously held the position of VP of Revenue Operations & Enablement at Hired from 2021 to 2023, and served as Vice President of Sales Operations & Productivity and Senior Director of Sales Operations at Bandwidth Inc. from 2018 to 2021. Additional experience includes the role of Chief Revenue Officer at Nestio from 2016 to 2018, and VP of Sales & Customer Success at Reonomy from 2015 to 2016. Oley also worked as Vice President of Sales at Upserve from 2011 to 2015 and held various sales positions at SeamlessWeb from 2003 to 2011. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Finance from the University of Delaware.
