Mel Gregory

Mel Gregory has extensive experience in software engineering, currently serving as a Software Engineer at Posit PBC since August 2016. Prior to this role, Mel held various positions at Brightcove from 2006 to August 2016, including Principal Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer. Mel began a career in software engineering at MetaStories, Inc. from 2005 until its acquisition by Brightcove in March 2006. Mel holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied and Computational Mathematical Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Studies, both degrees earned from the University of Washington between 2000 and 2005.
