Taylor Hoover is an accomplished data science professional with extensive experience in analytics and management roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager of the Data Science Center of Excellence at Posit PBC since March 2020, Taylor previously held the position of Manager within the same center. Prior to this, Taylor worked as Data Scientist Team Lead at Paycom from April 2018 to March 2020 and Advanced Analytics/Data Science Manager at Neiman Marcus from July 2014 to April 2018. Earlier career experience includes roles as Financial Analyst at MidFirst Bank from April 2013 to June 2014 and Operations Manager at QuiBids from August 2011 to April 2013. Taylor holds a Master of Science in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Oklahoma Christian University.
