Agile. Capable. Cohort-Powered

Positiv+ Cohort is a specialist professional services company built for high-stakes, high-assurance delivery.

We partner with senior leaders in defence, government, and other secure industries to turn complex objectives into measurable outcomes. Based in Farnborough, our teams bring over 25 years of domain expertise across cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, systems and software engineering.

Our leadership team has held the same types of roles as many of our clients - so we understand the pressures, constraints, and need for results from the inside out. Whether you’re dealing with legacy integration, digital transformation, or accelerated delivery requirements, we adapt quickly and deliver reliably.
