Amber Werbitt, MSN, RN, CCM, currently serves as the Director of Clinical Quality at Positive Development, a position held since 2025. They previously contributed to clinical quality at Strive Health from 2024 to 2025 and directed clinical programs at Accolade, Inc. from 2021 to 2024. Earlier in their career, Amber managed clinical operations at Evolent Health and held various roles at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, including Senior Utilization Review Specialist and Senior Nurse Case Manager. Amber is currently pursuing a BSN in Nursing from the University of South Alabama and an MSN in Health Systems Management from Vanderbilt University.
