Ben Russell is currently the California Clinical Director at Positive Development, specializing in relationship-based developmental therapy and behavior support for children and families. Previously, Ben served as the CEO and Clinical Director at the Real Connections Child Development Institute from 2004 to 2020, where they also founded and owned the organization. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northwest Christian College and a Psy.D. from Fuller Theological Seminary.
