Faith Thayer

Faith Condon Thayer, PhD, LPC, ACS, LCAT, ATR-BC, currently serves as the Vice President of Clinical Quality at Positive Development since December 2020, where responsibilities also include roles as Director and Lead Mental Health Therapist. Concurrently, Faith is an Adjunct Professor at Caldwell University. Previous experience includes Director of Student Programming at ATLAS FOUNDATION FOR AUTISM INC, Assistant Professor at Daemen College TTI, and Program Director at Ramapo for Children. Faith has significantly contributed to the mental health field through various roles at Imagine Academy for Autism, including Director of Mental Health and ART/Floortime® Specialist, as well as CEO & Co-Founder of SidekicksNYC. Academically, Faith holds a PhD in Expressive Therapies from Lesley University and has degrees from Pratt Institute, Western Connecticut State University, and Paier College of Art Inc.
