Lorena Paredes

Lorena Paredes has extensive experience in clinical program management and education within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Clinical Program Manager at Accolade, Inc. since November 2021, Lorena previously held multiple roles at Evolent Health from April 2015 to November 2021, including Clinical Educator and URM Business Resource Group Leader. Responsibilities included optimizing workflows for clinical programs, enhancing team efficiency, and promoting diversity and retention initiatives. Lorena also led the Federal Navigator Team for Virginia at Advanced Patient Advocacy and contributed to research at Virginia Commonwealth University focusing on healthcare access for Latino immigrants. Lorena earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2011.
