Stephen Schroth is a results-driven digital, design, and business transformation executive and advisor with a strong history of leading impactful initiatives across various organizations. Currently, they serve as the Founder and Principal of Kythera Advisory, leveraging expertise in digital strategy and human-centered design to support large-scale transformations. Previously, Stephen held significant positions at well-known institutions, including Wells Fargo, TD Bank Group, and KeyBank, where they drove substantial increases in customer engagement and operational efficiency. They earned a BA in History from Wake Forest University and an MBA from the Wake Forest University – Babcock Graduate School of Management.
