Esley Lin

Esley Lin is an experienced acoustic engineer with a demonstrated history in the audio industry, currently serving as a Sr. Acoustic Engineer at Positive Grid since April 2021, focusing on the acoustic design of active smart guitar amplifiers and Bluetooth speakers. Previous roles include acoustic engineering and lead system engineering at Bowers & Wilkins, where responsibilities encompassed acoustic development for new headphone products and technology innovation, alongside managing technical specifications and factory builds. Lin has also provided acoustic design support at Flex, led a team at Primax Electronics Ltd., and worked as a consultant on hi-end audio projects. Additional experience includes significant leadership roles at Toong-In Electronic Corp., ensuring excellent sound quality in headphone products, and early career roles in transducer development. Lin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from National Chung Cheng University.
