Our providers utilize a collaborative approach that allows you to explore the issues that may be causing you distress in your mind and body and provide the tools to work through those issues. We focus on the client as a whole and believe that whatever brings you to treatment, is deeply rooted in your life experiences. Our focus in practice is to find your strengths and build on them. Individuals go far too long without hearing the things they are good at. While utilizing a relational approach, we help them identify their strengths. Then we use those strengths to reach your goals.
Positive Inner Self therapists have worked with many different populations. While having been through many life experiences, we are able to empathize and align with our clients, allowing them to feel heard, respected, and cared for. We provide a safe space to share their innermost thoughts and secrets without any judgment.
