Al Ingram

Alan Ingram is a seasoned leadership coach with extensive experience in various technology sectors. Since July 2016, Alan has established AHI Leadership LLC, focusing on coaching leaders to enhance their careers and engage positively in their professional and personal lives. In addition to coaching, Alan has been a PQ Coach for Positive Intelligence since March 2021, delivering programs to further enrich the coaching practice. Previous roles include Director of IT Operations at Ipswitch, Inc. and consulting work at Renaissance Enterprises, where Alan provided training and project support. Alan's foundational career began at Digital Equipment Corporation, managing software services for aerospace clients. Educational credentials include certifications from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and Positive Intelligence, complemented by a degree in Applied Math and Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
