Previous roles include Vice President of Client Experience & Operations at GiveShop and Director of Operations & Senior Project Manager at Intersect Digital, where Dawn collaborated with high-profile clients such as Sony and Kellogg’s. With a strong background in HR and operations management, gained from a significant tenure at McMillan, Dawn has successfully led various initiatives, including change management and the implementation of digital HR systems.
