Jeff Staggs

Jeff Staggs, MCC, is a seasoned executive coach and educator with extensive experience in leadership development and coaching strategy. Currently serving as the Head of Coaching Curriculum at Positive Intelligence since July 2022, Staggs is also the Founder and Board Member of the Center for Coaching in Organizations. With a career in executive coaching that spans nearly three decades, Staggs has been associated with Business Coaching International since 1995, offering specialized coaching for C-Suite executives and teams both domestically and internationally. Previous roles include Internal Coaching Strategy Consultant and Mentor Coach at the University of St. Thomas, as well as adjunct faculty positions at the University of Miami and other institutions. Staggs holds degrees from Illinois State University and Seattle Pacific University, along with certifications from the International Coach Federation and The Coaches Training Institute.
