Nancy Kalsow

Nancy Kalsow is a Certified Coach with credentials including PCC, SPHR, and SHRM-SCP, currently serving as a Positivity & Mindfulness Coach at Positive Intelligence since August 2020, where the focus is on empowering leaders to realize their full potential. As the owner of Kalsow Coaching & Consulting since December 2018, Kalsow specializes in life and career coaching, helping clients identify their unique talents and achieve their goals. Previously, Kalsow held the position of Business Manager/COO at MassMutual Wisconsin from 2011 to December 2018 and significantly contributed to its growth. Kalsow also served as the Chief Operations Officer at Summit Credit Union for 24 years, playing a vital role in its expansion to the largest credit union in Wisconsin and developing operational consistency across multiple branches. Kalsow's educational background includes a degree in Child Care Services from Madison Area Technical College and studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
