Robert Stoner, PhD, is an organizational researcher, executive coach, and facilitator dedicated to human resource development. They acquired expertise in learning and development, employability skill development, and strategic HR functions through DePaul University’s MSHR program. With experience as a Job Coach at National Louis University and as an Employment and Learning Coach at International Psychology Practice, Robert has developed systematic approaches to individual and organizational development. They currently support students with disabilities at DePaul University and guide executives at Positive Intelligence to enhance mental fitness and leadership effectiveness.
