Sam Sylvester is a seasoned Client Success and Operations professional with over 7 years of experience in fast-growing tech start-ups. Currently serving as a PQ Coach at Positive Intelligence since July 2025, Sam previously held the position of Customer Success Lead at Dweet from February 2022 to August 2025. In that role, Sam successfully led a team of Account Managers across multiple cities, implemented automation for client communication, and established efficient performance tracking systems. Sam contributed to significant revenue growth, achieving 80% YoY revenue growth in 2022 and 50% YoY in 2023. Prior to Dweet, Sam held various roles at YunoJuno, focusing on customer success and revenue operations, and gained initial experience in project management and recruitment at Miramedia Ltd. and Vector Resourcing, respectively.
