Positive Masculinity Academy (PMA) is a hub where men identify, honor, and validate their unique masculine identities away from society’s glorified pseudo-alpha-stereotype. To promote community-based wellness, PMA provides a safe place where men can feel free to engage effectively and communicate their struggles.

Through evidence-based research and result-based models, the platform helps men to heal and embrace positive masculinity. We empower men to stop feeling responsible to carry the backbreaking pressure and expectations that society has imposed on them; take the mask off and embrace growth, this time on their own terms.

PMA is a place for you to feel validated and respected not for what you can do, not for what you can provide, and not for what you can achieve; but for the man you were born to be, for who you are right now, and the gift that you are to the world.

※ Do you know the man you are when you are not defined by what you can do for others?

※ It is nice to be the provider, the doer, and the rescuer but when you take those hats off, do you know who you are?

※ Do you love, admire, and appreciate yourself even if all that you are defined by is lost?
