Divya Basu

Divya is a Principal at Positive Moves, and serves clients across Fintech, Insurance, Reinsurance and Asset Management sectors. She advises organizations on their strategic roadmaps & helps create value at different stages of their evolution – start-up, growth, maturity, and transformation, by solving for their leadership talent needs. Divya is active in growing the firm’s partnerships with Private Equity firms, building boards, advisory boards and leadership teams for PE firms and their portfolio companies.

She enjoys challenges and constantly pushes the boundaries by building capabilities in new sectors and markets, and helping clients hire for newly created roles aimed at driving transformation and building new competencies.

Divya is a graduate in English Literature from Delhi University and holds a MBA degree from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. She lives in Mumbai, with her daughter & husband.
