Pavan Bhalla

Pavan is Principal, North America Operations, based in New York and serves clients across technology, private equity and consumer practices, in North America, Europe and Asia.

With over two decades of experience, Pavan has expertise in helping clients drive growth and innovation. He is a trusted advisor to clients and has a track record for successfully driving complex global leadership talent strategies.

Before joining Positive Moves, Pavan spent more than fifteen years in consulting, working in Australia, South East Asia and India, before moving to New York. He served as an Associate Director at CRISIL Risk & Infrastructure Solutions (a Standard & Poor’s company) where he established a risk consulting practice and helped stand up the advisory business in Indonesia. Prior to that he was with Ernst & Young in the Risk Advisory Services business, where he assisted clients on large scale operational risk and process improvement programs. Earlier he has with Herbert Smith Freehills, a top tier legal firm, helping the founding Partners incubate and grow a legal knowledge management and consulting startup in Australia.

Pavan earned an MBA from Monash University, Australia and a Bachelor of Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, India.
