Alaa Omar

Alaa Omar possesses extensive experience in training and development, beginning as a Training Specialist at Innovation Institute from November 1995 to November 2000. Following this role, Alaa served as Business Development Manager at Al Rowad Training and Development Centre from March 2008 to February 2010, focusing on regional business strategies and client relationships. Alaa then progressed to the position of Regional Director, leading strategic initiatives and education solutions in the MENA region. Subsequently, Alaa held the title of Executive Director, where the focus was on developing innovative learning programs in alignment with organizational goals. Alaa returned to Innovation Institute as a Training Manager from November 2000 to March 2003 and is currently the Managing Director at a confidential organization since January 2024. Alaa holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Liverpool John Moores University and a Master's degree in Leadership Development from Hult International Business School.
