Francis Smith has extensive experience in operations and human resources, having held leadership positions at several organizations, including Charter Global Inc, Aditi Technologies, and Mindteck. Francis was instrumental in driving cost reductions, enhancing resource utilization, and developing new recruitment strategies. Currently, Francis serves as Associate Director of Human Resources while also pursuing a Master of Commerce from Andhra University. With a background spanning over two decades, Francis has successfully managed operations, recruitment, and client engagement across various industries.
