Lionel has extensive experience in business development and customer relations, having worked in various roles across multiple companies since 2004. They served as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Excel Infoways Ltd and went on to hold the same title at CFC International, where they excelled in high-volume customer interactions. From 2012 to 2024, Lionel worked as a Business Development Manager at Colvill Research Pvt. Ltd., and currently, they are the Head of Business Development & Customer Relations at a confidential organization. Lionel is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce at the University of Mumbai while also completing their SSC in General Studies at St. Michael's.
