Mariem ELIA has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, beginning as a Senior Recruitment Officer at a recruitment and consulting firm from March 2016 to December 2018, where responsibilities included candidate sourcing and managing the recruitment process for various client companies. Subsequently, Mariem served as a confirmed Recruitment Manager at RECRUTEMENT from August 2019 to December 2022, overseeing executive recruitment and organizing training for multinational companies across different sectors. Prior to this, Mariem held the position of HR Administrator-Executive Assistant at Hospitality Careers from January 2019 to August 2019, assisting the General Director and managing HR department responsibilities within an international hotel group. Currently, Mariem is working as an HR Consultant since February 2023.
