Matt W. has extensive experience in community and lifestyle management, beginning their career as a Recreation Leader with the City of Philadelphia from 1990 to 1998. They served as Physical Education Director at the Lower Bucks County YMCA from 1998 to 2003 and then as Association Athletic Director at the Community YMCA of Eastern Delaware County until 2010.
