Reg Woods

Reg Woods is a retired entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in board leadership and advisory roles. From 2008 to 2021, they served as a founding investor and board member at HemoShear Therapeutics, Inc., where they also chaired the Compensation Committee and participated in the Audit & Finance Committee. Reg co-founded the Keswick Community Foundation, Inc. and held a board position until 2014, while currently serving as an advisory board member at the University of Virginia Heart and Vascular Center and Scitent eLearning. They have been involved with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Charlottesville since 2000 and continue to provide strategic advice to CEOs and boards in a confidential capacity. Reg earned a BME, MEng, and MBA from Cornell University between 1957 and 1963.
