Patrick Wespi

Patrick Wespi has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering. Patrick is currently working at Positrigo as a Software Engineer since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Leitwert AG as a Software Engineer from 2019 to 2021, and at GyroTools LLC as a Software Engineer from 2018 to 2019. Before entering the industry, they were a Postdoctoral Researcher at ETH Zurich in 2018 and a PhD Student from 2013 to 2018. Patrick also gained experience as a Research Assistant at UniversitätsSpital Zürich from August 2012 to February 2013.

Patrick Wespi completed their education in a chronological order. Patrick started their academic journey in 2007 at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne), where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Physics in 2010. Following that, they pursued their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Physics from ETH Zürich between 2010 and 2012. In 2009, they briefly studied at Universidad de Granada, focusing on Physics. Subsequently, they returned to ETH Zürich and earned a Doctor of Sciences of ETH Zurich (PhD) degree in Biomedical Engineering, specifically in the Department of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering, spanning from 2013 to 2018.
