POST at home, LLC is a Medicaid Approved provider for the Division of Developmental Disabilities in the state of  New Jersey. We currently offer Physical therapy,  Occupational therapy and Speech therapy  services to client ages 21 and over. Our client- centered approach is to achieve the highest quality of care for the client and their families. Our  licensed professionals are experienced working in private homes, group homes and community settings. We accept Medicaid FFS-NJ  and private pay.
