John Kompa

John Kompa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational leadership within the food manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the Sr. Site Director at Post Consumer Brands since May 2016, John has previously held significant roles at ConAgra Foods as Plant Manager and Operations Manager, as well as at AB Mauri Fleischmann's. Prior experience includes a diverse tenure at Frito Lay, where John progressed through various management positions, culminating in the roles of Engineering and Maintenance Manager and Financial Controller. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems & Control Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, earned between 1988 and 1993.
