Rick Eckstein

Rick Eckstein is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in logistics and planning. Currently serving as the Supply Chain Sr. Master Planner at Post Consumer Brands since September 2021, Eckstein previously worked at General Mills from September 1997 to July 2021, focusing on logistics planning for Canada Grain Snacks and successfully launching over 60 new products. Prior military service as a Russian Linguist/Interpreter in the US Navy from 1988 to 1997 included overseas assignments in Turkey and Japan. Eckstein holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from National Louis University and has additional education from the University of Iowa.
