Gillian Brown

Gillian Brown is the owner of Rankins Supermarket & Post Office on the Isle of Skye since July 2018 and serves as the Sub-Postmaster of the Uig Post Office within the supermarket. Additionally, Gillian holds the positions of Treasurer and Vice-Chairman at Uig Community Trust Company, contributing to the governance of the trust since May 2019. Prior experience includes six years as Senior Executive Officer and Director - Head of Operations at Robeco, where responsibilities included overseeing all operational aspects of the Dubai office, and roles at Fidelity International as Associate Director and at Capital Group as a Marketing Assistant. Gillian's educational background includes attendance at Hillcrest High School and Paisley Grammar School.
