Michael Brown

Michael Brown is an experienced professional in contracts and sourcing management, currently serving as the Contracts & Sourcing Manager (Commercial) at Post Office Ltd since October 2020. In addition, Michael is the Chair of the Complexions RACE and Diversity Network, successfully advocating for increased ethnic diversity at senior leadership levels through strategic commitments to the Race at Work Charter. Previous roles include Sourcing and Supplier Manager and Operations and Regulatory Manager at Post Office Insurance, along with a background in operational support at Post Office Financial Services and business development at NCP. Michael began a professional career as a Personal Assistant to the MBA Dean at London Business School. Michael holds a BA Hons in European Business Systems from London Guildhall University.
