Currently, Mike serves as the Head of Operational Excellence at Post Office Ltd, having previously held multiple leadership positions including Head of Channel Engagement, Head of Business Development, Head of Product, and Senior Product Manager since January 2012. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Towergate Insurance and Hastings Direct, as well as analytics and sales positions at Equity Red Star Services and Equity Insurance Group. Mike's educational background includes a Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and certifications in Insurance from the Chartered Institute of Insurance and Oxford, Cambridge RSA Examinations.
