Stuart Banfield

Stuart Banfield is the Head of IT Service Design and Transition, leading efforts in service architecture and technical change. They have held various roles, including Service Transition Project Manager at Avaya, where they were responsible for onboarding new customers into managed services. Stuart also served as a Service Design and Assurance Manager at Post Office Ltd and worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Service Transition Manager, focusing on operational support processes. Prior to these positions, Stuart worked as a support engineer at Teamphone, specializing in voice mail systems.
