David Stockert is an experienced executive currently serving as a General Partner at Sweetwater Opportunity Funds and a Director at both Rexford Industrial and MAA. They previously held leadership positions at Duke Realty Corporation and Post Properties, where they were CEO and President. David began their career as a Staff Auditor at Ernst & Young and advanced through various roles at Morgan Stanley. They earned an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BS in Accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
