Abraham Rein

Principal

Abraham (Abe) Rein is the Chair of the Internal Investigations & White Collar Group and the Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice Group at Post & Schell, P.C. They have a rich background in law, having served as an associate at Dechert LLP and as an adjunct professor at Drexel University's Thomas R. Kline School of Law. Before their legal career, Abe co-founded a web development firm and worked in various roles related to online marketing and content management. Highly engaged in community service, they hold positions on the board of the Committee of Seventy and the Federal Criminal Law Committee for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and have provided pro bono representation in various high-profile cases. Recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer since 2019, Abe also received the Alan Jay Josel Advocacy Award for their work on the groundbreaking Supreme Court case, United States v. Elonis.
