Michael Kosar

Michael Kosar is a Principal in the Casualty Litigation Department at Post & Schell, P.C., where they counsel and defend clients in various high-exposure claims related to construction defects, environmental issues, workplace accidents, and liquor liability. Previously, they served as a Partner at Marks, O'Neill, O'Brien, Doherty & Kelly, P.C. for over two decades and began their legal career as an Attorney at Fine, Wyatt & Carey, P.C. Michael has successfully argued cases before the New Jersey Appellate Division and has represented the New Jersey Fuel Merchants Association as Amicus Curiae. They hold a Bachelor of Science from the University of Scranton and a Doctor of Law from Widener University School of Law.
