Claud Robinson is an Information System Manager at Intrado since July 2006. Claud manages a team of developers and is responsible for the development and management of customer-facing services with a 24/7 uptime. Claud also worked as a Development Team Lead, managing an agile team of Java developers. Additionally, Claud serves as a part-time University Lecturer at Tecnológico de Monterrey, teaching 'Software Architecture and Design' to future leaders. Claud was also a Java developer and Technical Lead at Vision Consulting for a brief period in 2006. Claud holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science from Birkbeck, University of London.
